Society chicken contents:
250 grams of chicken
1 tablespoon of butter
1 tablespoon flour
1 tablespoon of milk
A pinch of currants
A pinch of pine nuts
1 tablespoon of corn
How to make Society chicken:
1. Add water to the pot and boil 250 grams of chicken.
2. Shred the boiled chicken to the desired size.
3. Melt 1 tablespoon of butter in a pot and add 1 tablespoon of flour and roast.
4. Add milk to the roasted flour and stir until the sauce thickens.
5. Add the chicken to the sauce, season as desired and mix well. Then transfer to a serving pan.
6. Add currants, pine nuts and corn. Enjoy your meal.
