Sloppy Joe is a beloved American dish known for its bold flavors and casual charm. Sloppy joe ingredients:

250 grams of meat
1 onion
10 mushrooms
2 tablespoons flour
glass of milk
1 tea glass of mineral water
1 egg
Toasted bread
25cl dry white wine
1 tablespoon of cream
5 slices of cheddar cheese

How to make a sloppy joe:

1. Roast 250 grams of meat cut into cubes together with the onion chopped into pieces.

2. Cut the mushrooms into leaves.

3. In a separate bowl, add 2 tablespoons flour, 1 cup milk and 1 teacup mineral water. Finally add 1 egg and mix everything together.

4. Dip the back of a tablespoon into the sauce and scratch the back with your finger. If the scratch does not close, your sauce is at the right consistency.

5. Dip the mushrooms first in the sauce and then in the crispy fries.

6. Fry the mushrooms in hot oil until crispy.

7. Add dry white wine to the roasted meat and cook until the alcohol is released. Add the spices of your choice and finish with the cream.

8. Put 3 slices of cheddar cheese on the bottom of the hamburger bun. After adding the meat, cover with cheddar cheese.
