CRACKED CAKE

Crack cake is one of the most popular homemade desserts, striking both in appearance and flavor. You and your loved ones will be surprised by the taste of ice cream that doesn’t melt when you eat it. Ingredients of the crack cake recipe:

15 Oreo
200 ml milk
75 grams of whipped cream
60 grams of chocolate
200 ml cream
Powdered sugar
Cocoa powder

How to make the crack cake recipe:

1. Separate about 15 oreos from their insides (we will also reuse the insides)

2. Add the Oreos to the storage bag and crush until powdery.

3. Add 5 spoons of milk to the Oreos and knead well.

4. Put the doughy oreo back into the storage bag and flatten. Then cut the storage bag.

5. Add 75 grams of whipped cream and 200 ml of milk into the oreo we set aside and whisk until smooth.

6. Melt 60 grams of chocolate in a double boiler. Add 200 ml cream and whisk until smooth.

7. Put it all together and flatten it.

8. Fold into a roll and refrigerate for 1 hour.

9. After 1 hour, take the cake out of the refrigerator and create bubbles with a toothpick.

10. Finally, sprinkle some powdered sugar, cocoa powder and powdered sugar again. The crack cake is ready. Enjoy your meal.
