CHEDDAR BALLS

Ingredients for the cheddar balls:

2 tablespoons of butter
30 grams of corn flour
1 glass of milk
100 grams of cheddar cheese
2 egg yolks
50 grams of breadcrumbs
50 grams of crispy breaded mixture
turmeric
salt

How to make cheddar balls::

1. Add 30 grams of corn flour to the butter melted in a pan and fry until it starts to smell.

2. Gradually add half of a glass of milk and set the other half aside. Add the salt and turmeric and stir until thickened.

3. Once thickened, spread 100 grams of cheddar cheese over the entire pan. Add the remaining half a glass of milk and stir continuously. You will end up with a thick sauce.

4. Spread the sauce on the tray and refrigerate for 1 hour.

5. Roll the frozen sauce with a parisienne spoon or tablespoon.

6. Then roll them one by one. Freeze again for 15 minutes.

7. Dip the cheddar balls from the freezer in the egg first. Then coat in breadcrumbs and egg again. Finally, coat them in the crispy breaded mixture.

8. Finally, fry in hot oil for 8-10 minutes.
