And you can customize the Bounty bar recipe according to your own preferences.”

Ingredients of the Bounty bar recipe::

150 grams of cream
12-15 grams of sugar
150 grams of coconut powder
80% dark chocolate
8-10 grams of coconut oil or butter

The making of the Bounty bar:

1. Add 150 grams of cream to a bowl. Then add 15 grams of sugar (one teaspoon) and 150 grams of coconut and mix.

2. Stir until all the ingredients are combined.

4. Allow to freeze in the freezer for at least 2 hours.

5. Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie and add coconut oil at the tip of a teaspoon. (Coconut oil is a must; you can find out why in detail on the tips page. )

6. Cover the frozen bounty bar with the melted chocolate. You need to be fast at this point. The chocolate will freeze very quickly.
