Mereng brulee ingredients:

3 eggs
34 grams of powdered sugar
1-2 pieces of orange juice
3 strawberries
1 banana
Caramel sauce

How to make mereng brulee:

1. Separate the yolks of 3 eggs and put the white part in a glass bowl. Beat the egg whites with a mixer.

2. Add 34 grams of powdered sugar to the whipped egg whites and whisk again.

3. Using a piping bag, pipe the dessert onto a serving plate. Leave one part empty and create a dome on the other part.

4. Smooth the dome with a spoon and shape it with a fork. Then burn the ends.

5. Grate the zest of 2 oranges and squeeze the juice.

6. Pour the orange juice into the pan and add the zest. Boil until the sauce thickens and the juice is absorbed. Then transfer to a serving pan.

7. Dice the strawberries and puree them in a pan.

8. After chopping the bananas and adding them to the dessert, add the caramel sauce.
